From Farm to Port: Our Unique Approach
Our distinct model gives us complete control over the entire supply chain. We own the product directly from the farm, meticulously overseeing every aspect of its journey, from sourcing and sorting to cleaning and packaging. This hands-on approach guarantees quality and full traceability.
Our operations are managed with global oversight from our head office in Qatar, which handles strategy and client relations. In Chad, a dedicated field team of around 50 experienced professionals executes our procurement, logistics, and quality assurance on the ground. This powerful combination of centralized strategy and local expertise ensures we can consistently and efficiently meet international market demands.
